The challenge
Zane's team had been manually cutting clips from his long-form videos — a slow, inconsistent process that produced content that felt like leftover footage rather than a standalone piece. Scripting for TikTok was also an issue: Zane's natural long-form style didn't translate well to sub-60-second formats, causing sharp drops in watch time.
Our solution
SCROLLZ implemented a full clipping and repurposing workflow, extracting 5–7 high-retention clips per long-form upload within 24 hours of each drop.
